Crispy fried artichokes with roasted tomato aioli
Seared tuna on Yukon gold potato chip with lemon aioli & nicoise olive
Steamed curry chicken dumplings on wonton spoon (no coconut milk)
First Course Mandarin almonds with mixed spring greens drizzled with citrus vinaigrette
Entrée:
Fresh salmon baked with a black olive & tomato panko crust served with white beans & garlic swiss chard & roasted Yukon gold fingerling potatoes
Grilled coconut lime marinated chicken breast served with banana leaf rice & grilled vegetable skewer
Eggplant stuffed with spinach, roasted sweet peppers & feta served over chickpea cream and garlic rapini
